SprintBach Aviation, a Part 135 charter operator out of Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking a Charter Sales & Flight Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day trip logistics from quote to invoice. You will coordinate quotes, confirm aircraft/crew availability, notify FBOs, arrange hotels and cars, release flights, and keep brokers, pilots and clients informed throughout the process.

• 1–2 years in a detail-heavy coordination role: dispatch, scheduling, travel coordination, logistics or customer operations.
• Strong written and phone communication skills.
• Able to juggle several time-sensitive tasks at once without dropping follow-ups.
• Sound judgment on when to act and when to escalate.
• Comfortable learning new software quickly; working knowledge of spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Quote and book trips; check quote accuracy and respond promptly.
• Confirm aircraft availability on the master schedule; resolve conflicts.
• Prepare each trip and verify passenger names, luggage, times, routing and FBOs.
• Notify FBOs, book crew hotels/cars, and ensure crew duty/rest limits are met.
• Send final itineraries and pre-flight details; release flights and track aircraft.
