Job summary

You will input reservations from members, guests, and staff via phone, email, and in person, ensuring trip type, duration, and angler counts are accurate. Qualifications

• Must be organized and keep good records for charters.
• Fluent in English to communicate with members, guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Input reservation requests from members, guests, Concierge, captains, and Conference Services via phone, email, and in person.
• Ensure accuracy with trip type, duration, and number of anglers.
• Deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.
• Serve as a key liaison balancing the needs of clients and owner/operators, ensuring fairness, satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Educate clients about local fishing opportunities and services at Ocean Reef.
