Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring an RN for an on-site position at a county skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lyons, NY. You will manage resident care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and take charge of your unit when assigned.

Flexible shifts available; choose days, evenings, or nights with pay at $52–$58 per hour and weekly compensation. The role offers up to $1,500 yearly tuition assistance toward a BSN and concerted support for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a resident assignment: assessments, medications, treatments, and condition changes.
• Direct LPNs and CNAs and serve as charge nurse when assigned.
• Keep MDS-related documentation, care plans, and shift reports up to date.
• Be the point of contact for residents, families, and providers during shifts.
• Follow infection control, safety, and sign-in practices.
