Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is seeking experienced RNs for on-site shifts at a county skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lyons, NY. You will manage a resident assignment, supervise LPNs/CNAs, and act as unit charge nurse as needed.

Offers hourly W-2/per diem pay $52.00–$58.00 with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, tuition assistance up to $1,500/year toward a BSN, and a strong focus on keeping your license and certifications current.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current BLS/CPR.
• One year of recent RN experience.
• Long term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a resident assignment: assessments, medication administration, treatments and changes in condition.
• Direct LPNs and CNAs on your unit and serve as charge nurse when assigned.
• Maintain current records: MDS documentation and care plan updates.
• Be the point of contact for residents, families and providers during your shift.
• Follow infection control, safety and sign-in practices.
