Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications seeks an experienced RN for on-site per diem shifts at a Wayne County skilled nursing facility in Lyons, NY.

You’ll supervise LPNs and CNAs, manage a unit, and receive weekly pay, with options for flexible scheduling and tuition assistance up to $1,500 annually toward a BSN.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $52–$58, with overtime, holidays, and a supportive, nurse-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Current,,unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current BLS (CPR).
• One year of recent RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry a resident assignment: assessments, medication administration, treatments, and responding to changes in condition.
• Direct the LPNs and CNAs on your unit, and serve as charge nurse for your unit when assigned.
• Keep the record current: MDS-related documentation, care plan updates and shift reports in the facility's system.
• Be the point of contact for residents, families and providers during your shift.
• Follow the facility's infection control, safety and sign-in practice.
