Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is seeking experienced RNs for a Lyons, NY facility. You will manage a resident assignment, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and lead shift operations while on site.

The position offers a per diem, W-2 hourly schedule with flexible shifts, weekly pay, and up to $1,500/year toward your BSN through CLFC University. Strong performing facility with high staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current BLS (CPR).
• One year of recent RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry a resident assignment: assessments, medication administration, treatments, and responding to changes in condition.
• Direct the LPNs and CNAs on your unit, and serve as charge nurse for your unit when assigned.
• Maintain current records: MDS-related documentation, care plan updates and shift reports.
• Be the point of contact for residents, families and providers during your shift.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and sign-in practices.
