Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for on-site assignments at a county skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lyons, NY. You may choose your shifts, with compensation ranging from $52.00 to $58.00 per hour and weekly pay, including bonuses for nights and weekends.

RNs will direct LPNs and CNAs on the unit, carry a resident assignment, and take charge of the unit when needed.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS (CPR).
• One year of recent RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry a resident assignment: assessments, medication administration, treatments, and responding to changes in condition.
• Direct the LPNs and CNAs on your unit, and serve as charge nurse for your unit when assigned.
• Keep the record current: MDS-related documentation, care plan updates and shift reports in the facility's system.
• Be the point of contact for residents, families and providers during your shift.
• Follow the facility's infection control, safety and sign-in practice.
