Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking an experienced RN for on-site shifts at a Wayne County skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lyons, NY. You will manage patient care, supervise LPNs/CNAs, and lead your unit during assigned shifts.

We offer high-touch scheduling with flexible hours, weekly pay, tuition assistance up to $1,500/year toward a BSN, and a referral bonus program. Licensure and CPR renewal reimbursements are included, with on-site leadership support.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current BLS (CPR).
• One year of recent RN experience.
• Able to complete the New York State Department of Health Criminal History Record Check and a drug screen.
• Immunizations required for nursing home personnel.

Responsibilities

• Carry a resident assignment: assessments, medication administration, treatments, and responding to changes in condition.
• Direct the LPNs and CNAs on your unit, and serve as charge nurse for your unit when assigned.
• Keep the record current: MDS-related documentation, care plan updates and shift reports in the facility's system.
• Be the point of contact for residents, families and providers during your shift.
