Job summary

Broadmoor Medical Lodge is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our caregiving team on site in Texas. You will work under the guidance of an amazing DON and clinical staff, collaborating with physicians and the Medical Director on resident care plans.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, a caring, customer-service oriented attitude, and strong time management and communication skills. BLS and ACLS certification is required, with certification costs covered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must hold a current RN license and maintain license renewal.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required (Sage will cover the cost for certification).

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned.
• Consulting with physician concerning resident evaluation and assist DON in planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and develop skills.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of problems.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents (forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc.).
