Job summary

Belterra-Health-and-Rehabilitation-Cente in McKinney, TX seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our short-term hall. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physicians to oversee nursing care and plan services for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year short-term/SNF experience.
• Familiarity with PCC system or electronic nursing records optional.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician on residents assigned.
• Consulting with physician on resident evaluation; assist DON in planning nursing services.
• Support team members’ growth and professional development.
• Examine residents and records to identify normal vs. abnormal findings early.
• Handle administrative duties: forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting.
