Job summary

Camelot Brookside is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team. You will work under the guidance of experienced clinical leadership and provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive environment.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physicians on resident evaluations, plan nursing services, and contribute to the growth and development of staff. This role emphasizes compassionate care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be passionate about serving residents and improving quality of life.
• Eager to grow professionally under guidance of a DON and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned.
• Consulting with physicians on resident evaluation and planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and capabilities.
• Examining residents and records to detect early signs of health changes.
• Completing medical forms, reports, and charting for assigned residents.
