Priority Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Senior Care team in Rockwall, TX. You will work closely with the Medical Director and attending physicians to evaluate residents and plan nursing services, while guiding teammates' career growth and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires an accredited Nursing School graduate, an active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certification. In-person work and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting in planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and develop clinical skills.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of health issues.
• Completing medical forms, reports, and charting for assigned residents.
