Job summary

Priority Management is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Dallas area to join our compassionate care team. You will collaborate with medical leadership to plan and deliver high-quality nursing services for residents, while supporting career growth within a caring environment.

In this role you will work with physicians and directors, assess residents, and participate in charting and administrative duties to ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Compassionate patient care mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Confers with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Assists nursing staff in planning and delivering nursing services.
• Examines residents and records to identify early health concerns.
• Completes medical forms, reports, evaluations and charting for assigned residents.
