Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Weatherford, TX team, delivering compassionate resident care under the guidance of a supportive DON and clinical staff. You will work to improve residents' quality of life and coordinate care with physicians and the medical director.

Responsibilities include collaborating on evaluation, planning nursing services, and helping teammates grow professionally while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Competenze

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong patient care and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work with medical staff and residents.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
