Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team and physicians.
• Compassionate patient care focused on resident well-being.
• Ability to perform administrative duties related to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician for specified residents.
• Consulting with physicians on resident evaluation and planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow professionally under supervision.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of problems.
• Completing medical forms, reports, and charting for assigned residents.
