Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about resident care and team-driven improvement. You will work with the Medical Director and physicians to evaluate residents and help design nursing services under strong leadership.

You will mentor staff, document assessments, and support the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Demonstrates commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Helping team members grow their careers and improve resident outcomes.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of health issues and ensure timely care.
