Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 6pm–6am shift in our long-term care setting in Carrollton, TX. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to plan and evaluate nursing services, while supporting residents’ overall well-being.

The role emphasizes compassionate, team-based care and ongoing professional growth under the guidance of experienced DON and ADONs.

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

• Confers with the Medical Director and attending physician for resident care plans.
• Assists in planning nursing services and evaluating residents with the Director of Nursing.
• Documents care and performs charting, forms, and administrative duties for assigned residents.
