Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) or registered nurse (RN) to join our Mansfield, TX team at Mansfield Medical Lodge. You will work under the guidance of an accomplished DON and ADON, providing compassionate nursing care to residents.

The role involves collaborating with the Medical Director and physicians on resident care plans, evaluating residents, and supporting staff development while handling charting and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Education
