Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or RN to join our Mansfield team at Mansfield Medical Lodge, TX. The role involves collaborating with the Medical Director and physicians to plan and deliver nursing services for residents, while fostering the growth of team members under strong clinical leadership.

You will assess residents, document findings, and perform administrative duties related to patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Helping teammates grow their careers and change lives.
• Examining residents and records to distinguish normal vs. abnormal findings for early issue detection.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents, such as forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.

What You’ll be Doing
