Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC in Springtown, TX is seeking licensed nurses (LPN/LVN or RN) to join our team at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center. The role focuses on resident care planning and collaboration with medical staff.

You will work a graveyard shift, confer with the Medical Director and attending physician, help develop nursing services, and perform administrative duties such as charting and forms. Must maintain active license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
