Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Decatur Medical Lodge in Decatur, TX 76234. You will work under guidance from a supportive DON/ADON and skilled clinical staff to provide quality resident care.

You will collaborate with physicians regarding evaluations, plan nursing services, and support residents while growing your skills and advancing your career within a compassionate, patient-centered team.

Qualificações

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records to identify early signs of serious problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding residents, such as completing forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.

• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
