Business Network International is seeking a Full-time Support Director Consultant to serve the US CORE region, driving chapter success and member referrals. The role involves building relationships, coaching chapters, and growing membership through outreach, training, and events.

The position emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication while visiting chapters and regional events to maximize member lifetime value.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote membership through prospecting, recruitment, and retention in each chapter.
• Develop and implement renewal strategies with the manager.
• Support chapter growth via outreach, training, marketing, and coaching.
• Drive sales growth of BNI events and sponsorships.
• Visit and recognize success in chapters and attend regional events.
• Recruit new members and new chapters to expand network.
• Plan regional events aligned with annual plans.
• Identify prospects and engage them with relevant offers.
• Manage Leadership Team selection and training.
• Welcome new members within two weeks of induction.
• Train sales processes in each chapter.
• Attend regional and CORE team meetings and trainings.
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by BNI’s US Core Leadership.
