Make-A-Wish America is seeking a Director, Chapter Relationship Leader (CRL) to advise chapters and strengthen ties with the National Office. This role focuses on enhancing chapter performance, financial growth, and overall mission impact while collaborating with chapter CEOs, Boards, and stakeholders nationwide.

The Director will lead cross‑initiative collaboration, share best practices, and drive strategic execution in a dynamic remote environment, with some travel to chapters required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of total experience in federated nonprofit environments.
• Proven nonprofit performance management or strategic consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive assessments of chapters to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement strategies.
• Analyze budgets, financial statements, and metrics for optimization.
