Scholars of Finance in the United States is seeking a Chapter Success Manager & Leadership Coach to guide 22-25 student-led chapters and support over 1,200 members. You will coach Presidents, tailor leadership development, and ensure program fidelity across a diverse set of campuses.

The role is coaching-first, with frequent 1:1 sessions, data-driven chapter health reviews, and the ability to travel 2–3 campuses annually.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in student/member/customer success, relationship management, finance, consulting, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• A defined coaching philosophy and experience coaching students or supervising teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software, data tracking, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coach the student leaders of approximately 22-25 college chapters, helping them build strong teams and deliver programs.
• Lead 2-4 virtual coaching meetings per day with student leaders to develop leadership.
• Monitor the health and performance of each chapter and intervene when needed.
• Travel to 2–3 college campuses annually and attend Leadership Symposia.
