Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Channel Services Integration Lead in the United States to shape and execute the strategy for integrating services across the partner ecosystem and customer lifecycle. The role connects business strategy, technology, operations, and partner experience to drive executable programs and value for partners and customers.

You will define end-to-end service journeys, engage architects and IT, and lead large, time-sensitive initiatives with cross-functional visibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in strategy, business planning, operations, finance, technology, or a related functional discipline.
• Advanced university degree such as an MBA, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understanding of channel ecosystems, partner operations, and services-related business models.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including data manipulation and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the go-forward channel services lead-to-cash strategy.
• Map end-to-end services partner journey and improve processes.
• Lead gap and impact assessments across programs, partner experience, tools, processes, policies, discounts, margins, and related areas.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with service architects and pillar leads.
• Lead design sessions with stakeholders to ensure solutions address channel services requirements.
• Plan, lead, and monitor testing activities with quality outcomes.
• Develop change-management activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Engage distributors and resellers to communicate updates and gather feedback.
• Present initiatives via webinars and other channels.
• Develop data-driven analyses and performance metrics to connect plans to financial value.
