Job summary

Paychex is looking for an early-career sales professional to lead with relationships and close with confidence in a fast-paced channel sales environment. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, building relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos.

You will manage high-volume daily activity, sell payroll/HR/benefits/compliance solutions, and own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
