Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to generate new business with referral partners and CPAs in a fast-paced environment in Lakeland, FL. You will manage high-volume activity and drive a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in sales/marketing, strong relationship skills, and the ability to own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Comfort with high activity and fast sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
