Paychex seeks an energetic Channel Sales professional to generate new business with referral partners and direct outreach in the Florida market. You will cultivate relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos and manage a fast-paced sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
