Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an energetic Channel Sales professional to drive new logos by leveraging referral partners and CPAs. You will manage a fast-paced pipeline, selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions to small businesses, while building trusted relationships and meeting quarterly quotas.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of sales/marketing experience, strong relationship skills, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
