Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a single connected HCM platform. This is a dynamic Channel Sales role focused on small businesses and trusted partners, driving essential HR, payroll, and compliance solutions.

You will generate new business, build relationships with CPAs and clients, and manage a fast-paced sales cycle while selling a full suite of Paychex solutions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
