This role sells payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions, with uncapped earning potential and strong emphasis on high activity and quota attainment. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in sales and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales or a related role.
• Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and clients.
• Strong goal orientation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity to build pipeline.

• Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
