Job summary

ABB is seeking a Channel Programs and Operations Process Leader in Cary/Mebane or Atlanta with hybrid work options. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to standardize processes, governance, and reporting while driving digital solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

The candidate will lead operational execution for channel programs, rebates, MDF, partnerships, sponsorships, and distributor initiatives, and will analyze

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in distribution channel and account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and events.
• Experience supporting sales operations and channel programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution and continuous improvement of channel programs and sales support operations.
• Develop standardized processes, governance, and reporting.
• Define requirements and partner with digital teams to implement dashboards and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics and Global teams to align initiatives.
• Manage communications, reporting, and readiness for new channel initiatives.
