Job summary

ABB is seeking a Channel Programs and Operations Process Leader to support execution, governance, and continuous improvement of channel programs and sales support operations. You will optimize processes, reporting, and digital solutions to drive efficiency and customer experience.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Global teams, with hybrid work options in Cary, NC, Mebane, NC, or Atlanta, GA. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in distribution channel or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operational execution and governance of Channel Programs and Sales Support Operations.
• Develop standardized processes, documentation, and governance for consistent execution.
• Manage channel program processes including rebates, MDF, partnerships, sponsorships, and distributor initiatives.
• Lead digital engagement with automated workflows, reporting solutions, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics and Global teams.
• Provide reporting and readiness for new and existing channel initiatives.
