Paychex is seeking an energetic Channel Sales professional to drive new business with referral partners and CPAs, selling payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions to small businesses.

You will manage a fast-paced sales cycle, prospecting to close, with emphasis on relationship-building and achievement of quotas. This role emphasizes coaching, resilience, and a growth mindset in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
