Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. You will build relationships with CPAs and clients to win new logos, and maintain a high-activity daily routine to nurture a strong sales pipeline.

You will sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions, guiding a fast-paced 1–2 week sales cycle with small business owners and owning the process from prospecting to close.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of relevant sales/marketing experience or similar is preferred
• Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes

Aufgaben

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
