Mitel is seeking a results-driven Channel Partner Manager in Columbus, OH, to expand Mitel’s presence through strategic VAR partners. You will develop joint business plans, drive demand generation, and coordinate access to sales resources to close opportunities.

You will work to enhance partner effectiveness within the Mitel Global Channel Partner Program and ensure training and certifications align with business goals, while meeting revenue targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years sales experience in Telecommunications.
• 3 years sales experience with Channel Partners.
• Proven track record in B2B high-tech sales.
• UC/UCaaS and voice/data networks preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (SFDC).
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop joint business plans with each assigned partner.
• Expand sales opportunities by increasing demand generation.
• Enhance partner effectiveness within Mitel’s channel program and increase brand mindshare.
• Coordinate access to pre-sales resources and internal Mitel teams.
• Resolve partner issues and sales conflicts ethically and timely.
• Meet with partners and assist closing opportunities as needed.
• Drive partner participation in events and promotions.
