Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a commercially minded Channel Manager to join a newly created function as we expand our business. You will develop channel strategies, partner across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain, and own initiatives from concept through execution.

The role requires entrepreneurial thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong ability to analyze data to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
7–10 years of progressive experience in channel management, category management, sales, product management, merchandising, or related function.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel; BI tools or data visualization experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the assigned channel, including customers, distributors, and key drivers.
Build and manage channel plans focused on growth, product assortment, promotions, and distribution.
Identify growth opportunities through market insights, performance data, and competitive activity.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive channel initiatives.
Monitor channel performance and key metrics; identify risks and opportunities.
Analyze sales, shipments, inventory, and sell-thru data to support decisions.
Build relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders to improve execution.
Help establish processes, tools, and best practices for the Channel Management function.
