Job summary

OpenEye is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to grow channel partnerships and support Regional Sales Managers. You will generate opportunities, manage inquiries, and demonstrate products via video conferencing to drive revenue while delivering strong customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with excellent communication and a proven ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced, owner-facing sales environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable talking with business owners and customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners through outbound calling 20-30 calls per day.
• Respond to 20-40 emails per day.
• Take 5-15 inbound calls per day including quotes, product information, and customer service requests.
• Consistently achieve territory quota to drive revenue and growth.
• Stay updated on product and service information and updates.
• Explain and demonstrate features via video conferencing.
