OpenEye is seeking a motivated Associate Inside Sales Representative to expand our channel partnerships and support Regional Sales Managers. You will generate meetings, demos, and opportunities through outbound calls and emails, and build relationships with business owners.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, product knowledge, and professional communication, with base pay plus on-target commission and benefits. Join a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Comfortable talking with business owners and customers while driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners through outbound calling 20-30 calls per day.
• Respond to 20-40 emails per day.
• Take 5-15 inbound calls per day ranging from quotes, product information, and customer service-related requests.
• Consistently achieve territory quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Successfully explain and demonstrate features of products and services using video conferencing.
• All other duties as assigned.
