Job summary

ESAB Corporation, based in Denton, TX, is seeking a Channel Programs & eCommerce Manager to drive growth through our distribution network and marketplaces. You will oversee rebates, promotions, and MAP compliance while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align programs with business goals.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, experience with eCommerce platforms, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with limited direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 5+ years in channel management, channel marketing, distributor management, eCommerce, sales operations, or commercial program management.
• Experience with industrial distribution or B2B channel partners.
• Experience managing channel programs (rebates, stocking, marketing funds, promotions).
• Solid eCommerce experience including marketplaces, content, search, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Manage channel programs including rebates, stocking programs, marketing funds, promotions, SPIFFs, and MAP policy.
• Lead joint marketing planning with Key Account Managers and Sales.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate annual promotional calendar with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, Finance, and Marketing.
• Analyze channel performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
