Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leadership to develop and execute strategies that improve revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance, market trends, customer insights, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement across commercial functions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Management to execute priorities.
• Lead high-impact initiatives from planning through execution and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
