Job summary

You will manage day-to-day relationships with eCommerce distributors, align content and activation calendars, drive digital shelf excellence, and support growth initiatives across paid media, CRM and other channels, collaborating with Marketing and Brand teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with distributor partners to drive revenue, market share and profitable growth.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with eCommerce distributors and liaise with customer digital teams.
• Represent the eCommerce channel in planning discussions and align calendars with partners.
• Drive digital shelf excellence through content, search visibility, merchandising, promotions and reviews.
• Execute digital growth initiatives across paid media, CRM, social and other eCommerce channels.
• Own content syndication through Syndigo and be the primary contact for partners.
• Monitor eCommerce performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand and Education teams on digital content strategies.
