Job summary

PurposeBuilt Brands Inc. is seeking a Manager, eCommerce Retailer.com to lead our Retailer.com channels (Walmart.com, HomeDepot.com, Target.com, and Lowe’s.com). This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across catalog management, PDP listings, and promotions.

You will work with the Chief eCommerce & New Ventures Officer and collaborate with the Media Director, Retail Account Sales Leads, and Brand team to drive topline growth and strong performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience managing 1P brands on Walmart.com.
• Fluency with Walmart.com 1P and knowledge of Home Depot/Target/Lowe’s a plus.
• Experience creating strategic plans and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with digital advertising and merchandising on Retail.com marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plan and goals for Retailer.com platforms (Walmart.com, HomeDepot.com, Target.com, Lowe’s.com).
• Oversee daily platform management, listings accuracy, pricing, and promotions.
• Produce monthly performance reports for Operating meetings.
• Coordinate with Advertising spend and Media Director on priorities.
• Guide Digital Merchandising Specialist on listings, content, and reviews.
• Support new product launches with PDP builds and pre-launch content.
