Job summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director Commercial Excellence & Business Development, you will lead major initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, and Product Management, delivering measurable improvements in revenue growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Strategy, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance, market trends, customer insights, and metrics to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, and Product Management.
• Deliver high-impact commercial excellence initiatives on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to support decision-making.
