Job summary

ESAB Corporation, a global leader in fabrication technology, seeks a Channel Programs & eCommerce Manager based in Denton, TX. This hands-on role drives growth through distributor networks, national accounts, and marketplaces, while coordinating with Sales, Product Management, and MarCom.

You will manage rebates, stocking programs, MAP policy, promotions, and SPIFFs, and lead marketing planning for priority customers. Strong data analysis and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 5+ years in channel management, channel marketing, distributor management, eCommerce, or related roles.
• Experience with industrial distribution or B2B channel partners.
• Experience managing channel programs including rebates, stocking, promotions, and MAP policy.
• Strong eCommerce experience and digital content acumen.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.
• MAP policy administration and marketplace experience (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central).
• Up to 25% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage channel programs including rebates, promotions, and MAP policy.
• Lead joint marketing planning with Account Managers and Sales.
• Develop and execute eCommerce growth across distributor partners and marketplaces.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver programs on time.
• Analyze performance and report ROI with actionable recommendations.
• Own channel communications and customer-facing messaging with MarCom and Sales.
