Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

The Team

As our first Channel & Alliances Manager, you'll be pioneering our partnerships function, building our partner program from scratch to drive growth. Your focus will be on forming and scaling partnerships with hyperscalers, technology alliance partners, systems integrators, and managed service providers, expanding incident.io’s market presence and revenue channels.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, with support from leadership and the board, to establish and grow strategic partnerships. You will also help define the future of our partnerships function.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute our partnership strategy, including identifying target partners and securing executive-level support to establish impactful collaborations.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable key partners, aiming to generate initial channel-driven deals and revenue within 6–12 months.
  • Create a scalable partner program with tiers, training, incentives, co-marketing, and joint selling frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary support for partners, training their teams and helping them succeed in selling and implementing incident.io.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to align go-to-market strategies, share leads, and run joint campaigns to build a strong pipeline.
What You Need To Be Successful
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner programs in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a track record of generating revenue through channel partnerships.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from sales reps to C-level executives.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn incident.io’s product and ecosystem, with familiarity in incident management or ITSM being a bonus.
  • Market experience in North America, with knowledge of expanding into EMEA and APAC advantageous.
  • Startup mindset—autonomous, resourceful, and eager to build from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
