Job description: Channel Account Executive Copier sales - Midwest Region

Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.

They are currently seeking a Channel Account Executive, Technical Sales, for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate will have experience developing strategies with key decision-makers to help increase sales.

Position can be located anywhere in the Midwest as long as they are near a major airport.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and with end users.
  • Be the face of the company, promoting the business relationship between the company and assigned dealers and/or offices.
  • Communicate effectively with Fortune 500 customers including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis.
  • Assist the dealer sales channel and end-user customers with technical knowledge that allows for detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions.
  • Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel support.
  • Conduct high-level introductory sales calls, providing retail sales channel proposal development and bid support assistance.
  • Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with the dealer sales channel.
  • Manage coordinators of certain events/tradeshows.
  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Maintain working knowledge of company products and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience with copier sales / A3 market required.
  • Experience with copier dealer, copier manufacturer preferred.
  • Certifications: CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+, CompTIA Network+.
  • 5+ years in sales/support and industry-related experience.
  • Sales certifications in core skill areas listed.
  • Willingness to travel over 75% in the Northeast or Mid-West.
