    Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
  2. Collaborating with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new businesses
  3. Managing your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
  4. Preparing presentations and proposals with electronic applications
  5. Educating merchants and business owners about the payment processing industry
  6. Maintaining regular communication with sales leadership
  7. Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements
  8. Compensation will be based on commissions

Required qualifications include:

  1. Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  2. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  3. Ability to work independently and in a team
  4. Hunter mentality, professional demeanor, integrity, and urgency
  5. Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  6. Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve goals
  7. Alignment with our four core values and being a good human
  8. Location: Fully remote work permitted with eligible work rights and regional presence

Compensation is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component, including health benefits and 401K match.
