Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets. They are currently seeking a Channel Account Executive, Technical Sales for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate will have experience developing strategies with key decision-makers to increase sales.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and with end users.
  2. Be the face of the company, promoting the business relationship between the company and assigned dealers and/or offices.
  3. Communicate effectively with Fortune 500 customers including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis.
  4. Assist the dealer sales channel and end-user customers with technical knowledge for detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions.
  5. Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel-related support.
  6. Conduct high-level introductory sales calls, develop retail sales proposals, and provide bid support assistance.
  7. Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with the dealer sales channel.
  8. Manage event/tradeshow coordinators.
  9. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  10. Maintain working knowledge of company products and services.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  3. Experience with copier sales / A3 market is required.
  4. B2B retail sales and/or face-to-face customer experience, especially with copier dealers.
  5. Preferred: Manufacturer experience, CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification, CompTIA Network+ Certification.
  6. 5+ years in sales/sales support and industry-related experience.
  7. Sales certification in key Skill-Soft areas, including professional selling, field sales, territorial account sales, opportunity development, strategic account sales, and sales communication techniques.
  8. Willingness to travel over 75% or more, mainly in the Northeast or Midwest regions.
Benefits and Additional Information

This is a full-time, remote position offering a salary range of $70,000 - $104,000 annually, plus commission (65/35 split). Benefits include matching 401K, profit sharing, full medical/dental/vision coverage, and more.
