Job summary

Quant seeks a Change & Release Manager to own the change-management function for the engagement, directing Release and Infrastructure Engineers on Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD for chain-node deployments. The role ensures production changes are automated or auditable and maintains governance of the AWS tenancy.

Responsibilities include chairing the change-advisory board, reporting change outcomes and incidents, and coordinating across engineering and operations to align with ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change/release management (ITIL-aligned).
• Strong coordination across engineering and operations.
• Risk assessment and rollback planning; audit-friendly.
• ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the change-control process and chair the change-advisory board.
• Ensure every production change flows through automation or a governed, auditable manual procedure.
• Own the AWS tenancy relationship and its governance.
• Direct the Release and Infrastructure Engineers on Terraform estate, Helm charts and CI/CD pipeline for chain-node deployments.
• Report on change success and change-related incidents to the Engagement Director.
